Returns are available within 60 days of receipt. To begin a return request, use the Contact page and identify the relevant order and item. Explain what you would like to return and the reason for your request so the next steps can be coordinated for that purchase.

Please request return instructions before sending an item. We do not publish a return destination on this page, and an address found elsewhere should not be assumed to be the correct destination for a return. Keep the order information and any return correspondence available for reference.

Refund processing takes 5–10 days after the return is received and approved. The processing window begins after those conditions are met, rather than when the initial request is submitted.
